Composed primarily of collagen types 1 and 3, these collagen bars stimulate cartilage production, cushioning joints and reducing joint pain.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and has many important functions, including the growth and repair of bones, tendons, ligaments, skin, and fur. As animals age, they produce less and lower-quality collagen.

How are these snacks made? The collagen (65%) is molded, and 18 % beef is added to give the snack a rich flavor. It's then baked, giving it a "hard bread"-like texture. These snacks are an excellent alternative to snacks with dehydrated skin.
